Instant inspirations #2

Here are a few things that have inspired me this week. I recently dyed my hair lilac and it washed out to a greyish colour which wasnt so great (Dame Edna is not a good look!) . Im now back blonde yet maybe I need to go blonder and do it again as I really like silver hair like this..

The "gypsy caravan" cushions are featured cause they are amazing. I got the yellow one as a present recently (from grahamandgreene.co.uk) and looking at them always makes me want to buy more ethnic pieces for the living room. I have a few like this now and they are great for brightening up the home and will be on the hunt for more things like this when we move!

The Valentino red dress is here because red is just a great colour and of course a stunning dress. As the 1940s fashion designer Bill Blass said "When in doubt wear red" - sound words of advice.

I love tattoos and this sleeve is just rather beautiful. I'm always thinking of getting more. Don't think I'd get one quite as extravagant as this but its good to see something different like this as a source of inspiration.

And if there's one thing that is never off my wish list it's some actual Chanel loafers like these. *sigh*
